COVID-19 RESPONSE CHANGES TO RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that customers may not have access to UPS and or USPS as our nation struggles with the COVID-19 issues.  Therefore, we are extending our return/exchange policy to 150 days from the date of purchase.  Of course all returns/exchanges must be in good and resalable condition and all of the packaging that the sheets must also be returned.  We are concerned for everyone’s safety and want to make this transaction as seamless and easy as possible for you and all our customers.


Q: Are these My Pillow sheets? How do I enter my code from the My Pillow TV commercial?

A: No, we are not My Pillow, and these are not My Pillow brand sheets.  We do not use the name “My Pillow” anywhere in our advertising or on our website (except here).  We are not a third party reshipped for My Pillow.


Q: How does “Buy 2 Get 1 Free work?”

A: Only order two sets now. When you receive your package there will be a Mail In Rebate form in the box for you to send in to get your free set. The free set is the exact same brand and quality as the original sets that you buy. You can choose any size and color, and put it on the form at that time.

There is a $10 shipping charge for each Mail In Rebate set.


Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Your order ships within 24 hours from Indiana via UPS and/or USPS Priority Mail, which takes about 3-5 business days.
