Q: Are these My Pillow sheets? How do I enter my code from the My Pillow TV commercial?
A: No, we are not My Pillow, and these are not My Pillow brand sheets. We do not use the name “My Pillow” anywhere in our advertising or on our website (except here). We are not a third party reshipper for My Pillow.
Q: Tell me about the 7 year pilling warranty.
A: Our sheets are guaranteed for a full 7 years to not develop pill balls. If they do develop pill balls we will replace the affected pieces. We will ask the customer to send us pictures, and, in some cases, we will ask the customer to ship the affected pieces back to us. If it is beyond 30 days since purchase the customer will be responsible to pay for return shipping.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders received by 11am Central Time on weekdays ship the same day from Indiana via UPS and/or USPS Priority Mail, which takes about 3-5 business days. Orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday morning, except on postal holidays, then they ship on Tuesday morning.
Q: What colors are available?
A: Not all colors are available in all sizes. Check the drop down box for Colors on the Product pages to see which colors are available in the size that you want.
